Consumer dispute resolution/universal arbitration board

We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for contents

In accordance with Section 7, Para 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible for our content on these pages pursuant to the general laws. However, in accordance with Section 8 through 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as service providers we are not responsible to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or enquire after circumstances that suggest illegal activities.

Obligations with respect to deleting or blocking the use of information according to general laws shall not be affected by this. However, any liability in this respect is only possible from the date of when we become aware of a specific rights violation. Once we obtain knowledge of corresponding infringements, we will immediately remove these contents.

Liability for links

Our pages include links to external websites of third party over whose contents we have no control. We can therefore accept no liability for these third-party contents. It is solely the relevant provider or operator, who is responsible for the contents of such linked websites. Linked websites are checked for possible legal infringements at the time of creation of the link. There were no identifiable illegal contents at the time of creation of the link.

Permanent checking of the contents of linked websites is however unreasonable without firm suspicion of any legal infringement. After becoming aware of any infringements, we will remove the relevant links immediately.
